You’re invited to our Annual Trunk or Treat on Wednesday, October 29th at our church parking lot!  Enjoy a fun evening with trunks, games, bounce house, and food for the whole family.  We’ll hear a Gospel presentation and hold our raffle drawing as we close the evening centered on Christ. This is more than just candy and costumes—it’s an opportunity to share the love of Jesus with our community.

We are looking for 20 volunteers to host trunks and would love for each trunk to reflect Jesus or one of our church ministries. We are also looking for other volunteers for registration and parking. If you’d like to decorate a trunk or help in another way, sign up using the QR code on the announcement slides, the bulletin, or the email. If you would like to donate candy, you can drop it off at the missions table.

Please grab some flyers that are in the foyer to share with your neighbors and friends. If you have any questions, please contact Becky Seager

New Membership Class

Are you curious to learn more about who we are or interested in being part of our family? Maybe you let your membershp lapse and you're ready to rejoin.

You can sign up for our membership class HERE or in the foyer.

Once we have enough sign-ups to begin, and elder will contact you with the class info.

Awana

NWBC leadership has made the decision to pause Awana for the 2025-2026 year. We know how important this ministry is. So, this decision was not made lightly.  However, this doesn’t need to be the end of your child’s Awana journey.

Awana is a parent-led program, designed for clubbers to work through their books with their family at home. Weekly Awana meetings allow time for leaders to check and sign off on each clubber’s progress. In-class Awana lessons and activities support their at-home learning.

While NWBC does not have the staff to support the normal Awana programing, we would love to give your family the tools to continue to work through the Awana curriculum with your child. We have Awana books on hand. And, if there is interest, we would be happy to have a leader available on Wednesday nights to sign off on their progress and answer any questions you have about how to guide your child through this curriculum.

If you are interested in continuing to work through the Awana curriculum with your child, please reach out to Ashleigh Ryan at amryan7211@gmail.com

Baptism & Child Dedication

We will have our next Baptism & Child Dedication in 2026! If you want to be baptized or would like to dedicate your child(ren), let us know so we can celebrate with you as a church family.  We invite anyone 8 and older to sign up for baptism so we can schedule a time to meet with you and ready you for baptism.

You can sign up for our membership class HERE or in the foyer.
